St Patty's Day

It's a day of drunken debauchery. In honor of that check out this video of Drunken Lullabies by Flogging Molly. It was recorded 2007 in Japan. If you have never seen Flogging Molly before you have to check them out. I have heard Slayer fans say the Flogging Molly shows are crazier. They are lots of fun and highly recommended.

The Loved Ones - Jane Live

Hey Everyone,

Check out this video from The Loved Ones. They are a rockin band on Fat Wreck. This is a video for the song "Jane" recorded over a couple of nights. It's worth checking out. I find The Loved Ones to be a nice change from a lot of the other punk/emo music out there. It's high energy rock sounding. Hope you enjoy.

Long Time No Update

Well friends it has been a while without any blog updates. So what's been happening with iwasthere. Well first we set up a facebook fan page. Make sure to check it out and add some friends! Also I have started a twitter account, it's a mix of iwasthere updates and random bs tweets of mine. Highlights include my tweet about Street Sharks. Check it out.

Upcoming plans including integrating exisiting concert information already out there on the web, so you don't need to add artists and concerts all the time, they will exist already. Also looking to get a booth at the Montreal Warped Tour. I will keep you updated on that!

iwasthere will be headed to Costa Rica and will hopefully get a chance to see some live shows down there. If not I will still post a few beach pictures just to brag escaping the cold winter.
